We were lied to so that we getting the experimental mRNA covid-19 vaccine, right?

In testimony to Congress on May 19, 2021, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said:

"Data have demonstrated even if you were to get infected during post-vaccination, you can’t give it to anyone else."

This wasn't true.
