Every media needs to register and accepted in Davos from the WEF, right? Why they don’t accept all the medias?

Why can they accept medias and not accept medias in city in Switzerland? How can a private institution decide who can come to Davos and who not? How much money the city Davos is making in this private event? Is it private or not, what does it mean private on this level?

What laws are valid in Switzerland and what law are valid in Davos on this event, they are the same laws?
