Fake doctors were allowed on twitter and other social medias and real doctor were canceled… is this criminal?

When someone acts like a doctor and says thing to sick people and the people die because of this, how we call this?

Are the social medias responsible for that when they knew this are fake doctors? Are the government responsible for the fake doctors?
