There is always a choice, agree or not agree, otherwise, don’t ask, right? It’s not a God given right in America, a certification, right? A certification is the last check, and when it’s not good or questionable it should be sent back to checked again, right? A vice President would be arrested when he is not certifying an election, and send it back to check again?
