Why we’re having more and more skin cancer?

People getting skin cancer on spots where they never have the sunlight on it except when they go under sun with sunscreen…

In the 80s or 90s the top sunscreen was SPF25, know we have SPF+60 and we have more skin cancer… is it the sunscreen?
